The Birth of Plenah Nut Butters.

What started as a simple experiment in my kitchen soon became a passion that would change the course of my life. Years ago, while I was living in Barcelona, Spain. I found myself questioning the nut butters available on the market. They were loaded with oils, sugars, and additives—things I didn’t want in my body.

I’ve always loved nut butters, but as I grew older, I learned it was hard to find quality ingredients in it. It was then that I thought, “Why not make my own?” I wanted something pure, something that would nourish both the body and soul.

I invested in a quality machine and began experimenting with different nuts and combinations, crafting blends that were simple, clean, and full of flavor. Little did I know that this small act of curiosity would set me on a path to something bigger.

Then, the world changed. The pandemic arrived, turning life upside down. At the same time, I made the decision: to move to the U.S. As I adjusted to my new life, I kept coming back to the idea of creating something meaningful. My idea for clean, additive-free nut butters continued to grow, gaining more focus and intention.

It became more than just a kitchen experiment—it became my passion..

A year after arriving, I launched my first line of nut butters: Pecan, Pistachio, and Hazelnut. Each jar reflected my commitment to quality, love and values, and. A year later, our Hazelmix joined the group. I wanted to keep my Venezuelan roots, creating a flavor that reminded me of my hometown.

Today, my nut butters are more than just a product—they’re a reflection of a lifestyle, of how we can nourish and care for our bodies, giving them foods that help us feel good from the inside out.
