Crunchy Chocolate Bars With Banana
Perfect PM snack with a latte or matcha. I loved the combination of the hazelmix butter, pistachios and salt.
Ingredients:
1 banana
3 tablespoons of hazelmix butter
Sugar free chocolate
1 scoop of coconut oil
Instructions:
Cover a pan with parchment paper.
Cut and peal the banana and add it to the pan.
Continue adding the hazelmix butter. Try to cover all the bananas with it.
Heat the chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil so it melts evenly.
Add the chocolate on top of the bananas and let it freeze por 30 min.
